The prospect of dealing with a loved one's home can be rather daunting at a difficult time. We have many years experience dealing with probate properties and offer a comprehensive service to help you through the process.
This is an optional service which can be tailored to your particular requirements If you only require a formal probate compliant valuation a separate fee will be payable. Please contact us if you require any further details.
Finding the right mortgage can be tricky but our advisor will aim to make the process as painless as possible! He can offer a range of products from 'whole of market', which helps to find the most suitable mortgage for your circumstances.
Our fees are as follows:
7% plus VAT (8.4% inc VAT)£200.00 (£240 inc VAT) set up/admin fee for new tenancies and renewals.
5% plus VAT (6% inc VAT)
£200.00 (240 inc VAT) set up/admin fee for new tenancies and renewals.
One months rent (plus VAT)
£120 (£144 inc VAT) set up/admin fee for new tenancies and renewals.
Under new legislation, from 1st June 2019 there are no fees payable by tenants.
We do require a refundable holding deposit the equivalent of 1 weeks rent to reserve a property.
Rent and Deposit money is protected under the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme.
